As food lovers, Maritime Madness is about as hardcore as they come. Inspired to create the perfect pairing for any food, Amiel Leblanc created Maritime Madness in 2002 to bring his passion for food and sauce together. Since then, they have expanded their business to include 35 sauces and counting!
Maritime Madness works to source all of their ingredients locally, and in a sustainable manner. They also work to include as many dietary restrictions and spice levels as possible, to make sure their products are accessible to everyone!

Lime Cilantro Hot Sauce
