Hummingbird Chocolate is an artisan, bean-to-bar, chocolate maker based in Ottawa, Canada. Drew and Erica traveled from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. spending their careers working with farmers in developing countries. It was there they gained a huge respect and affection for people who make food, from grower to artisan.
Chocolate became a passion. Soon enough, they teamed up with talented people and became crazily obsessed with making the best possible chocolate they could. You are sure to find a unique flavour you love.

Fleur de Sel Chocolate Bar

This award winning chocolate bar is Berry Good with a Salty Tang.
A fruit forward taste explosion, fueled by the lovely tang of Canadian Sea Salt crafted by Vancouver Island Salt Co. (one of the few in North America that hand-harvests sea salt). The cool Pacific waters create something extraordinarily unique and delicious. The salt unlocks hidden flavours in the chocolate and sharpens existing notes. Fleur de Sel is made from single-origin Trinitario cacao, cultivated by growers in the northern Dominican Republic.
